Specially designed R.C.C. Pile Foundation to resist Earthquake.
R.C.C. framed structure.
Premium quality concrete hollow blocks are used to build walls.
Excellent cement mortar plastering and weather coat finish on external walls.Smooth putty finish and emulsion paint on internal wall.
Hardwood front door, moulded panel doors for interiors. Anodized aluminium windows with M.S grills and glass panes.
Vitrified tile flooring for apartments, main staircase, ground floor lobby and passages
Counter with granite top. Stainless steel sink with drain board.
For lifts, common lights, water pumps etc. Selected points in apartments. One light point in each drawing room, dinning room, master bedroom and kitchen. One fan point in master bedroom. TV point in drawing room.
Three phase(for 3 Bed), single phase(for I&2 bed) power supply with concealed wiring in"PVC conduit controlled by ELCB/MCB. Elegant modular switches of Crabtree equivalent. Split A/C provision in master bedroom.
Round the clock water supply through sump and overhead tank. Drinking water drawn from KWA line in kitchen. Water to toilets/bathroom from well.
TV and Internet provision in living room and master bedroom.
