The Company seeks to emphasis its presence in Kochi and Kottayam with 4 new launches. It is also in the process of establishing a name for itself in the green locales of Munnar by venturing into the hospitality sector. The works of a new hotel project with an area spanning 1,00,000 sq ft comprising of 46 rooms have begun at Pallivasal in Munnar. Two other residential projects are on the anvil amid the hill valleys of Munnar.

Mr. P. A. Jihas, Founder and Chairman of Jewel Homes began his professional career as an industrialist. An n entrepreneur, he has more than 22 years of experience in the field of Construction and Real Estate. It is after setting up Jewel Homes that Mr. P. A. Jihas involved himself completely into raising the standards of Real Estate sector in Kerala and has by his sheer grit and determination made Jewel Homes a trusted name in realty sector.
